Reminder- If you are applying for OSU fee waivers you must include their OSU ID# or their request cannot be processed.

The Columbus Catholic Schools have exchange of service agreements with the following colleges/universities: ODU, OSU, Ashland University, Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, and Otterbein College.


Tuition Assistance for Children of Teachers (TACT)

You must fill out a form found at www.factstuitionaid.com and an internal form.  Both forms need to be completed and received by March 15.  Under Article 23 we have about $30,000 to distribute to those teachers who apply.  This is based on financial need.  There is additional financial help through the Diocese of Columbus.  Please see your principal for more information about that program.

Tuition Discount for Children in Catholic Schools

You must submit in writing to the principal of the school where your child attends a request for the discount by April 15 each school year.  If you are a newly hired teacher, you can make the request by September 15.
High School discount for the 2014 – 2017 School Year is at least 70%
Elementary discount for the 2014 – 2017 School Year is at least 50%


Graduate Coursework Scholarship

To expedite the application process, follow these simple procedures. 

In order to apply for Graduate Coursework Scholarship for teachers covered by the COACE Agreement:

  1. All courses must be taken at an accredited college or university.
  2. The deadline for submitting the internal application is December 31 or March 15 of the academic year.

Complete the internal application and mail it to:

All applicants will receive written notification regarding the decision of the COACE/Diocesan Joint Scholarship Committee.
